SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Premium Plans: Full access to personalized AI readings, compatibility analysis, transit tracking, and more

3.2 Billing Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle
Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in Section 3.5

3.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for Premium plans. By starting a trial:

You must provide valid payment information
You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
If you don’t cancel before trial ends, you’ll be automatically charged for the subscription
Each user is eligible for one free trial only

3.4 Price Changes

3.5 Refunds

3.6 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

You can resubscribe at any time

THE FEEDBACK LOOP SYSTEM

ReYep’s unique feedback loop allows our AI to learn from your input:

4.2 Your Rights

Regarding the feedback loop:

Participation is optional — you can disable AI learning in Settings
You can view, edit, or delete your feedback history at any time
Feedback data is used only to improve your personal readings
Anonymized, aggregated feedback may be used to improve our AI algorithms

4.3 No Guarantees

While our AI learning system aims to improve accuracy:

We do not guarantee specific prediction accuracy rates

ACCEPTABLE USE

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Scrape, copy, or download content using automated means
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
Use our API or content without authorization
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

5.3 Content Standards

When using community features (if applicable):

Be respectful and civil to other users
Do not post spam, advertising, or promotional content
Do not post sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content

Do not post personal information of others without consent

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Share content using designated sharing features

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content
Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

6.3 Your Content

If you submit feedback, ratings, or other content to ReYep:

You retain ownership of your original content
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our services
You confirm you have the right to grant this license
You understand that anonymized versions of your feedback may be used to improve our AI

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

7.1 “As Is” Basis

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of content
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

7.2 Astrological Content

WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY THAT:

Our predictions will be accurate
Our horoscopes reflect actual future events

Our content should be relied upon for important life decisions

7.3 Technical Limitations

We do not warrant that:

The Platform will always be available or accessible
All features will function without errors
Security measures are infallible
Third-party services we integrate will be reliable

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 No Consequential Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REYEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

8.2 Maximum Liability

If we are found liable for any damages, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, OR
$100 USD

8.3 Exceptions

INDEMNIFICATION

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration, except where such waivers are prohibited by law.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for:

Unauthorized access to systems or data
Violations of confidentiality obligations

TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Using the account deletion feature in Settings, OR
Contacting us at support@reyep.com

Upon termination:

Your access to paid features ends immediately
No refunds are provided for remaining subscription time
Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the Platform (with reasonable notice)

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination by either party:

Your right to use the Platform ends immediately
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply
We may delete your data according to our retention policies

GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReYep regarding the Platform.

13.2 Severability

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, or network failures.

13.7 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

14.2 EU Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under EU law, including the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. By using premium features immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right.

14.3 Mobile App Users

If you access ReYep through a mobile application:

You also agree to the app store’s terms of service (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.)
We are not responsible for issues caused by your mobile device or operating system
Mobile data charges may apply
