Common questions
I didn’t get my sign-in code.
The code usually arrives within a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder. A code works for 10 minutes and only the newest one is valid; after a minute you can tap “Send a new code”. If you ask for more than five codes in an hour, please wait a while before trying again.
Do I need an account?
No. Tap “Look around first” to use the app as a guest; your birth details then stay only on your phone. With a free account you can rate predictions and keep your ratings when you change phones.
I don’t know my birth time.
Choose “I don’t know my birth time”. ReYep then builds a solar chart: the planets and aspects are exact, but there is no Rising sign and the houses start from your Sun sign. Our guide to birth time rectification explains how people narrow down an unknown time.
When can I rate a prediction?
Every prediction has a date. Rating opens on its evaluation date, once the event has had time to play out. A daily reading can be rated from its own day. How we write and rate predictions.
How do I change the language?
In the app: Me → Language. On the website: the language menu at the top of the page. ReYep is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, Hindi and Chinese.
How do I get a copy of my data?
In the app, signed in: Me → Privacy & data → “Export my data”. You can also ask us at privacy@reyep.com.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → “Delete account”. Without the app, use our account deletion page. It lists everything that is removed.
Is astrology on ReYep advice?
No. Our readings are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
