Donald Trump in August 2027: the reading
The defining event of August is the total solar eclipse of August 2, visible from Spain, North Africa and Egypt. At 9°55′ Leo it lands almost exactly on his natal Pluto (orb 0.1°) in the twelfth house. Pluto stands for power, control and transformation; the twelfth house for what is hidden, private or institutional. Astrologers read eclipses on Pluto as markers of power shifts whose effects unfold over the following months.
The penumbral lunar eclipse of August 17 in Aquarius squares his Midheaven within a third of a degree and opposes his natal Mars: career and public role come under pressure in the second half of the month.
On the supportive side, Jupiter now moves through Virgo in his first house, still close to the Ascendant, and Mars trines his Sun on August 22. Saturn turns retrograde on August 10 in Aries. The New Moon in Virgo on August 31 falls in his first house, a fresh start for his personal agenda.
