Donald Trump in December 2026: the reading

December slows the pace without lowering the stakes. Jupiter turns retrograde on December 13 in his twelfth house, the house of what happens out of sight: advisers, private negotiations and long-range planning. Moving backwards, it meets his natal Mars a second time on December 25, revisiting the ambitions and confrontations of late November.

Saturn turns direct in Aries on December 11, in his eighth house of shared resources, debts and other people’s money; issues of finance and obligations start moving again. Saturn remains within orb of a square to his Mercury, keeping pressure on words and agreements.

The New Moon in Sagittarius on December 9 falls in his fourth house of home and family and opposes his natal Uranus: a restless start to the holiday season. The Full Moon in Cancer on December 24 lights up his eleventh house of allies and networks, with the focus on who stands by him.
